When it comes to tenderness, you can’t beat our Filet Mignon (beef tenderloin) steaks. The tenderloin makes an excellent roast but we’ve cut these into individual steak filets. Because this meat comes from an area of the animal that is non weight-bearing, there is very little connective tissue, making the meat extremely tender. To avoid overcooking and drying out the meat, we recommend a fast cooking method that employs high heat like grilling, broiling, or sautéing. Package of two steaks.
