We will ship your order to your home or workplace via FedEx or UPS. We ship frozen products in coolers packed with dry ice to ensure your purchase arrives cold within the designated shipping time frame. Please be aware that dry ice is very cold (-109.3°F), and can be dangerous if not handled correctly. We include specific instructions to provide for safe handling and disposal of any dry ice that may remain in your cooler upon arrival. Please do not handle dry ice with bare hands.
*** FREEZE OR USE BY DATE—What it means ***
All of our products sold on this website are sold frozen, individually vacuum-packed, shipped with dry ice. Each product is frozen on the day of production. The “use or freeze by” date means that if the product is thawed, you must use it by that date. If it is frozen by that date, it will be good for twelve (12) months. Shipping Schedule
Frozen shipments cannot be in transit over the weekend, so the destination, shipping method and day that your order is placed can all affect when your order will arrive. We ship Monday through Thursday, however, if the transit time required to ship your order after a Tuesday during a given week would require your order to sit in a shipping company’s warehouse over the weekend, it will be held until the following Monday. Consecutive shipping days are Monday-Friday. Orders are shipped via Ground Transportation out of Union City, CA. Ground shipping times vary; the map below is an estimate of the transit time based off your location:
Some orders may be eligible for free ground shipping. To qualify for free shipping, your order must be over $175 and your shipping address must be in the 1-Day or 2-Day shipping zone.
