To be labeled ground beef, a product must be at least 70% lean. At 85% ours is REALLY lean! Depending on the source, ground beef can be called ground chuck, ground sirloin, or ground round. With our ground beef you get the best of both worlds—lean meat and lots of flavor.

Products are frozen on day of production, best when used within 8 months of the day on the package when kept frozen and within 5 days after thawing out.
