All of our products sold on this website are sold frozen, individually vacuum-packed, shipped with dry ice. Each product is frozen on the day of production. The “use or freeze by” date means that if the product is thawed, you must use it by that date. If it is frozen by that date, it will be good for twelve (12) months.
